Information you provide

When you submit a demonstration, deployment, support, or contact request, we may collect your name, work email, phone number, organization, selected use case, message, and attribution information associated with the submission. We use this information to respond, evaluate the requested workflow or deployment, provide support, and maintain business records.

Do not submit sensitive information through public forms

Do not include protected health information (PHI), patient records, credentials, secrets, customer data, confidential workflow details, or other sensitive information in public forms, initial emails, GitHub issues, or pull requests. Describe the need at a high level first. Intelligence Factory will establish an appropriate private channel when one is required.

Website analytics, logs, and attribution

The website may collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, referrer, timestamps, and campaign or attribution parameters. If analytics are enabled, they help Intelligence Factory understand website use and improve content and conversion paths. Anti-spam and reCAPTCHA services may process technical information to protect public forms from abuse.

Cookies and local browser storage

The website and its service providers may use cookies or local browser storage for essential form behavior, security, analytics, attribution, and embedded media. Browser settings can be used to limit or remove cookies, although doing so may affect form or media functionality.

Embedded and linked services

Pages may embed or link to third-party services such as YouTube, GitHub, Google reCAPTCHA, analytics providers, and social networks. Those services receive information according to their own privacy notices when you load or interact with their content. Links to external websites do not make Intelligence Factory responsible for those websites' practices.
